This winter, I realized I’d collected a whole slew of jeans with holes in them and sweaters with (intentional) rips and side slits. I love distressed denim, but it’s not the most practical for 3 to 4 months of 20 degree and below temps. I set out to be intentional about my purchases for these colder months – a good pair of boots, dark denim that could be worn with said boots, and a few good quality sweaters and cold weather accessories.
I’ve successfully curated a collection of solid winter go-to’s and thought I’d share the ones I’ve been going back to time and time again this season. I have a simple and neutral approach to fashion that conveniently makes mixing and matching a breeze. My Chelsea boots are on sale and this oversized sweater has been one of my favorite pieces this winter.

I didn't realize that I also don't have many thick jeans without holes, until I recently visited snow. We don't get much weather here in Southern California so I guess I don't need many opinions, but variety is still nice. Love what you have featured here!
Thanks, Leeann! I could really use some Southern California weather in my life right now. :)
