Anyone else finding satisfaction in putting away winter clothes a little more than usual this year? This winter was ROUGH, and as much as I love my sweater collection, I cannot wait to not look at it for another five months. Spring neutrals are a breath of fresh air. I’m into knitted tops, linen trousers, and all of the strappy sandals—this season in style seems especially on point.
Styling photoshoots for my job allows me to do a little window shopping ahead of time, before it’s realistic to start wearing the next season’s clothes here in the midwest. I’ve been eyeing several pieces from Mango‘s most recent collection and finally made move on a few pieces I know I’ll be wearing on repeat. This open-knit top is one of my favorite buys; I love it tucked into wide-leg pants.
Aside from clothes, something I like to refresh when spring rolls around is my beauty collection. A new highlighter and light pink lip (this one has been a favorite for years) is my simple on-the-go formula for an effortless, glowing look all season.
And it seems like more than ever, accessories are all the rage this year. I tend to lean more minimalist, but I am having fun playing with new hair pins, and everyone needs good straw bag for Saturday morning farmers’ market hauls (I love the leather straps on this one).
